As a part of our ongoing efforts to improve our services, we will perform server maintenance on Monday, November 12, 2018, beginning at 5:00 pm PT (Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 1:00 am UTC) for approximately two hours. During this time you and your respondents may experience diminished availability for both administration and response collection.

The availability of our services is our highest priority and this maintenance is a key step on our path to improved stability.
